Upon receiving such a command in his dream, Prophet Ibrahim prepared to offer his son Ismail to God. But this was only God’s test: the angels replaced Ismail with a sacrificial animal.
To commemorate Prophet Ibrahim’s great act of devotion to God, today, for those who can afford to Muslims all over the world sacrifice goats, sheep, cows and camels on the first three days of Eid ul-Adha. This falls from the 10th to the 12th of Dhul Hijjah, the 12th month of the Islamic calendar. The meat is then distributed equally in thirds: to the poor and hungry; to relatives and friends; and to the self and the family.
Every year we carry out the Qurban/Aqiqah in several provinces in China. Many Muslims from Singapore have sacrificed sheep and cows for the poor Muslims in China. Some organisations like Darul Arqam, Muhammdiyyah and Pergas have even supported our effort. A Qurban/Aqiqah Tour is specially organised for those who wish to witness the Qurban personally in China.
We will also provide a true Qurban/Aqiqah certificate to you upon completion of your Qurban/Aqiqah.
We have been sponsoring Ramadan Iftar in China for orphanages, madrasahs masjids and old folks home for the past twenty years. WE carry out Fidyah for those who wish to expiate for not being able to fast! Sedaqah / Aqiqah also can be carried out throughout the year.
QURBAN / AQIQAH in YANGZAI VILLAGE!
Children rarely get to meat it except during Qurban time! We encourage our Muslims to Qurban/Sedaqah in Yangzai village as meat is a very expensive item for villagers!
Fidiyah can also be carried out in Yangzai Village.
